PAN-FRIED GOAT'S CHEESE WITH NUODENG HAM

Ingredients

- 100g Yunnan goat’s cheese
- 30g Yunnan Nuodeng ham
- 30g pork belly
- Egg white, as required

Method

1.Cut the cheese, ham and the pork belly into thin and even slices. 

2.Use a little bit of egg white to stick slices of the cheese, ham and pork belly together.

3.Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and pan-fry the slices until they turn golden brown on both sides: placing the pork belly side down first.

4.Serve with a mixture of salt, sugar, pepper and Sichuan pepper on the top.
